A la Carte Options
The following options are available for the Exceed! Basic Single User Version - Multi-User Upgrades, Non-Packaged Support, Training, Data Services and Remote Access.
Multi-User Upgrade
Exceed! Basic comes standard with a single user license through the Blue Avocado promotional order. We offer additional user licenses at $100 per license, with a limit of 5 user licenses total. These are concurrent user licenses which allow an unlimited number of defined login profiles but limits simultaneous use to the number of licenses you own. To order your additional user licenses on the day of the promo simply go to the Additional Licenses tab on the order page and click Add to cart.
Technical Support Options
Need assistance with Exceed! Basic but don’t want to order our implementation packages? Our cost-effective Annual Support Contract options include either unlimited telephone and/or unlimited e-mail, fax, maintenance releases and product upgrades.
Our training options are available to learn all areas of Exceed! Basic. Click on the following options to learn about the available training options available to you. You may place your order after purchasing Exceed! Basic on the promotional date.
Currently there are two options for technical support options for Exceed! Basic. The prices reflected are for initial implementation. Future annual support contracts will be charged at the full amount upon order/renewal. If you would like to order support with training please refer to our implementation packages above.

12 months of unlimited fax and e-mail support, maintenance releases and product upgrades.

12 months of unlimited telephone, fax and e-mail support, maintenance releases and product upgrades.
*Telosa typically releases 1 major upgrade per year and as many maintenance releases as necessary. Upgrades are only available through having an active annual support contract. Technical support does not include training, please review the implementation packages above.
Training Options
Telosa offers a Getting Started Series, Import Wizard and/or QuickBooks Interface web-based group training for Exceed! Basic users. The Getting Started Series of three sessions addresses all aspects of the Exceed! Basic program, and delivers the series in 2-3 hour (per session) to fit demanding schedules. The Getting Started Series is available through purchasing an implementation package or as an Al a Carte item if you chose not to purchase a package. You may purchase all of these items on the promotional start date of May 24th, 2011 - May 27, 2011, along with your purchase of the Exceed! Basic program.

Data Services
Do you have data in another database?
Exceed! Basic comes with a data import tool - free of charge to allow clients to easily import contact and gift information. We recommend that all clients with existing data attend the Exceed! Basic Importer training to learn more about the capabilities of the importer and how to use it. Please refer to the Implementation Packages available to sign up for the training.
Do you want us to convert your data?
If you have more demanding data conversion needs or you don't have time to import your data, we have the experience and expertise to transfer your donor and gift information from your current software program into Exceed! Basic. We will need to get your current data in order to give you a quote, which takes 7-14 business days. If you would like to learn more contact us at services@telosa.com for a free quote.
Remote Access
If your organization has multiple locations that need to share Exceed! Basic, or has employees who need to use Exceed! Basic while away from the office, we can handle it. Exceed! Online remote hosting reduces administrative costs and can allow Exceed! Basic to be run on PCs and Macs.
