Job Description:
Telosa Software Inc., a software
company that develops, nationally markets and supports software
for non profit organizations, is looking for an experienced Software
Training Specialist to work on a contract basis. Our Services Team delivers high quality training and
consulting to our clients. We are looking for a dynamic professional
who is excited about what they do and conveys their commitment
of excellent service to our clients.
The core functions of this position
include:
- Provide classroom and on-site trainings
to clients locally and nationally
- Provide post training support
to our clients
- Develop and maintain training
curriculum in conjunction with Training Coordinator
- Communicate with the Training
coordinator regularly to discuss and schedule trainings
Additional responsibilities include
but are not limited to updating support database, creating training
follow-up reports, and providing client feedback. Travel should
be expected for classroom and on-site trainings.
Candidates should meet or exceed
the following criteria:
- Two or more years experience
working with nonprofit organizations
- One or more years of software
training experience
- Experience
with Telosa software products
- Intermediate to advanced skill
level in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Exceptional communication skills
with demonstrated ability to build rapport and work effectively
with individuals of various computer skill levels and diverse
job functions
- Extraordinary problem solving
skills with a talent for thriving under pressure
- Ability to resolve issues logically
and quickly
