Susan
Packard Orr, Founder and Chairman
Susan founded Telosa (formerly named TRAC, Inc.) in 1986. Prior to
starting Telosa, Susan worked as a programmer at Health Computer Services
at the University of Minnesota and as an economist at the National
Institutes of Health. Susan is currently Chairman of the Board at
the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, and is a trustee of Stanford
University, the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, the Monterey Bay
Aquarium, the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health and
the Packard Humanities Institute. She served for seven years on the
board of Hewlett-Packard Company. Susan holds an M.S. in computer
science from New Mexico School of Mining and Technology, and both
an M.B.A. degree and a B.A. in economics from Stanford University. |

Chris
Fink, Vice President of Products and Services
Chris joined Telosa in 1996 and oversees the Company's Product Development
and Technical Support departments, supervising all activities related
to product management and support, training and internal information
technology. Prior to joining Telosa, Chris served as the POS Systems
Supervisor for Any Mountain Ltd., responsible for installing, configuring
and maintaining POS systems throughout their nine-store chain. Chris
holds a B.A. degree in History from California Polytechnic State University,
San Luis Obispo. |

Ann
Troussieux, National Accounts
Ann joined Telosa in 1991. Currently Telosa's Vice President of National
Sales, Ann manages Telosa's major account relationships. She has held
a variety of leadership roles with the Telosa, including sales, marketing,
customer support and channel sales. Prior to joining Telosa, Ann served
as Executive Director for the Bay Area Chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy
Association. Ann holds an M.B.A. from Notre Dame de Namur University
and a B.A. degree in Advertising from San Jose State University. |
