How to Order Specially Priced Support Packages for Exceed! Basic:

  • After ordering your copy of Exceed! Basic through TechSoup’s website, you can order any of the following implementation packages.
  • After receiving your confirmation email from TechSoup - you may email to services@telosa.com requesting one of the following packages.
  • You will receive a proposal with the requested package to be signed by you and faxed back to us for processing.
  • You may either pay by Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover.
  • You will receive confirmation of your order upon receipt.

A la Carte Options

The following options are available for the Exceed! Basic Single User Version - Multi-User Upgrades, Non-Packaged Support, Training, Data Services and Remote Access.

Multi-User Ugrade
Exceed! Basic comes standard with a single user license through TechSoup. We offer additional user licenses at $100 per license, with a limit of 5 user licenses total. These are concurrent user licenses which allow an unlimited number of defined login profiles but limits simultaneous use to the number of licenses you own.  You can order additional licenses through Telosa after purchasing the Exceed! Basic Single User through TechSoup on the promotional dates.  Please email services@telosa.com for a proposal.

Technical Support Options

Need assistance with Exceed! Basic but don’t want to order our implementation packages? Our cost-effective Annual Support Contract options include either unlimited telephone and/or unlimited e-mail, fax, maintenance releases and product upgrades. Our training options are available to learn all areas of Exceed! Basic.  Contact us at services@telosa.com after you have confirmed your software order through TechSoup to take advantage of the discounted options.

Currently there are two options for technical support options for Exceed! Basic.  The prices reflected are for initial implementation. Future annual support contracts will be charged at the full amount upon order/renewal.  If you would like to order support with training please refer to our implementation packages above.

Standard Annual Support Contract - $179 (Regular Price $249)
What's included?
12 months of unlimited fax and e-mail support, maintenance releases and product upgrades.

**Please note telephone support is not included in this option, please refer to the either the Premium Support Contract or Platinum Support Package.

Premium Annual Support Contract - $349 (Regular Price $449)
What's included?
12 months of unlimited telephone, fax and e-mail support, maintenance releases and product upgrades.

*Telosa typically releases 1 major upgrade per year and as many maintenance releases as necessary.  Upgrades are only available through having an active annual support contract.  Technical support does not include training, please review the implementation packages above.

Training Options
Telosa offers a Getting Started Series, Import Wizard and/or QuickBooks Interface web-based group training for Exceed! Basic users. The Getting Started Series of three sessions addresses all aspects of the Exceed! Basic program, and delivers the series in 2-3 hour sessions to fit demanding schedules. The Getting Started Series is available through purchasing an implementation package.  You may purchase an Al a Carte item if you chose not to purchase a package or need to add another attendee to a package order.  If you would like to add additional attendees to your implementation package please email us at services@telosa.com.  Click here to view the topics covered in each session.

Data Services

Do you have data in another database?
Exceed! Basic comes with a data import tool - free of charge to allow clients to easily import contact and gift information. We recommend that all clients with existing data attend the Exceed! Basic Importer training to learn more about the capabilities of the importer and how to use it. Please refer to the Implementation Packages available to sign up for the training. 

Do you want us to convert your data?
If you have more demanding data conversion needs or you don't have time to import your data, we have the experience and expertise to transfer your donor and gift information from your current software program into Exceed! Basic. We will need to get your current data in order to give you a quote, which takes 7-14 business days.  If you would like to learn more contact us at services@telosa.com for a free quote.

Remote Access
If your organization has multiple locations that need to share Exceed! Basic, or has employees who need to use Exceed! Basic while away from the office, we can handle it. Exceed! Everywhere remote hosting reduces administrative costs and can allow Exceed! Basic to be run on PCs and Macs.
