it works
Once
you’re enrolled in the program, you’ll get 10,000 free
credits at the start of each month. It’s a ‘use-it-or-lose-it’
system, so credits will expire at the end of that month. Not to
worry – we’ll give you 10,000 more the following month.

Getting
started
If
your organization is a 501(c)(3), then you’re eligible. Simply
sign up
for an account and fill out the VerticalResponse Non-Profit
application
form, they’ll check to make sure that you’re not fibbing
about your 501(c)(3) status, and flip the switch.
Take it to the limit
Need
to send more than 10,000 emails in one month? No worries. You can
purchase additional email credits at a 15% discount. It’s a
pay as you go system, so you can buy more credits at any time.
Extra
credit
Sorry,
but VerticalResponse won’t be providing refunds for credits
purchased prior to joining the program. You can either use up your
existing credits before getting started, or hang onto them in case
you go over your monthly limit. It’s up to you. Existing terms

you're a registered charity in Canada or the United Kingdom just
send VR your paperwork from the relevant regulatory powers that
be (Canada Revenue Agency or the UK's Charity Commission).

if I already am a VR customer?
If
you're already a customer, the discount will apply to any “new”
purchases.
